To submit url to google simply by going to  http://www.google.com/addurl/continue=/addurl or type in add website url to google and the 1st result that shows up should be the same link ive given you here. Submitting url Yahoo! 
To submit your website link to Yahoo! Simple go here http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit copy past your url in using http:// then your website link and your all done. You do, however, will need to have a yahoo! account which is easy and free to setup.

Submitting url Bing 
Go to http://www.bing.com/webmaster/SubmitSitePage.aspx type in capcha enter url with http:// and click submit. If this link for some reason or the other does not work when you reading this article (as you could be reading it in 2015 for all I know) just go to google and enter submission url-bing and if they no add-ons it should be the 1st result and with add-ons it will still be top 5. "URL-Submission – Bing" should come up, so just click on that.
